Owl Labs launches enterprise-focused Meeting Owl 5 Pro

Owl Labs has launched its Meeting Owl 5 Pro enterprise device. The new 360-degree video, audio, and collaboration system targets large organisations seeking flexible, secure hybrid meeting room deployments.

Owl Labs has unveiled the Meeting Owl 5 Pro, its latest 360-degree video conferencing device, marking a clear expansion of the company’s enterprise strategy as organisations continue to standardise hybrid collaboration environments.

The Meeting Owl 5 Pro combines a 360-degree camera, speaker, and microphone in a single centre-of-table unit, designed to support a broad range of enterprise meeting room configurations. Unlike earlier generations, the device has been built with a strong focus on Bring Your Own Device deployment, enabling a single-cable USB connection to in-room audiovisual systems and reducing cabling complexity for IT teams.

The company said the product is intended to operate either as a standalone BYOD solution or as a peripheral integrated into larger, fixed-room conferencing systems. This flexibility is aimed at organisations managing mixed estates of meeting rooms, from small collaboration spaces to larger boardrooms.

Key enterprise-focused enhancements include wired multi-device pairing over Ethernet for larger rooms, direct Ethernet connectivity for hardwired networking, and integrated HDMI, USB-C, and Ethernet ports to support stable connections and cleaner cable routing. The device also supports both wired and wireless pairing, allowing IT teams to choose connection methods based on network policies and room design.

The Meeting Owl 5 Pro has also been designed with future compliance in mind. Owl Labs said the device features an architecture aligned with the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform, positioning it to meet upcoming enterprise security and manageability requirements from Microsoft.

Frank Weishaupt, CEO of Owl Labs, said: “The Meeting Owl 5 Pro represents a significant leap forward in our mission to create truly equitable hybrid meetings for all companies, with a focus on enterprise. From streamlined setup to enterprise-grade innovations, a company commitment to MDEP readiness, and a reinforced channel strategy, we’re delivering a solution that modern organisations can trust today, which will continue to improve with new advancements over time.”

Alongside the product launch, Owl Labs is introducing an enhanced Channel Partner Programme, signalling a shift towards a more channel-first go-to-market approach for enterprise customers. The programme includes expanded education and training, deal registration, incentive structures, and dedicated partner support.

The updated partner programme also incorporates a subscription-based offering for Owl 360 Services, Owl Labs’ enterprise services platform. The service provides IT administrators with remote device management, advanced analytics, priority onboarding, technical support, and enhanced device protection.

The Meeting Owl 5 Pro is available for pre-order now at £2,399, with shipping expected in Q1. Initial availability will cover the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe, with further global expansion planned.
