IMed Group appoints Keegan to expand recruitment services

IMed Group has appointed Spencer Keegan to lead talent acquisition. The regulatory consultancy is expanding recruitment services alongside international growth, adding permanent and contract hiring capabilities to support medical and health technology clients across Europe and beyond.

IMed Group has appointed Spencer Keegan as Talent Acquisition Manager, as the regulatory consultancy expands its international footprint and launches enhanced recruitment services for clients across the medical and health technology sector.

Based in Oxford, IMed Group provides regulatory consultancy services to medical device, pharmaceutical, and health technology companies operating in global markets. The appointment forms part of a broader growth strategy, as the business scales both its internal team and its client-facing service offering.

Spencer Keegan joins IMed’s commercial team with more than fourteen years’ experience in life sciences recruitment. His career spans the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Clinical Research sectors, with delivery across Europe, the United States, and Asia. He has led recruitment campaigns focused on Quality and Regulatory roles, building an international network of compliance professionals and placing senior technical talent into regulated environments.

In his new role, Keegan will be responsible for IMed’s internal talent acquisition strategy, while also developing recruitment services for external clients. These services will include sourcing professionals for permanent and contract positions, aimed at helping medical and health technology organisations access specialist regulatory expertise as demand increases.

“I’m tremendously excited to be joining IMed Group as their Talent Acquisition Manager,” said Spencer Keegan. “IMed has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality expert regulatory services to the global medical and health technology sector, and I’m looking forward to joining a team with such clear vision and purpose. With exciting expansion plans into Europe, I will help drive IMed’s progress and take a major step into the European market.”

The move reflects wider trends within the life sciences industry, where regulatory complexity and evolving compliance frameworks are increasing pressure on businesses to secure experienced regulatory and quality professionals. As regulatory expectations tighten across jurisdictions, demand for specialist talent has grown, particularly within medical technology and clinical research.

IMed’s decision to integrate recruitment services alongside its consultancy offering positions the business to support clients not only with regulatory strategy and execution, but also with the people required to deliver it. By offering both permanent and contract recruitment, the company aims to provide flexibility for clients managing fluctuating regulatory workloads and project-based demands.

“We are delighted to welcome Spencer to IMed Group,” said Parminder Kalle, Chief Commercial Officer at IMed Group. “His extensive experience within the life sciences sector makes him an excellent fit for our organisation. As we continue to grow and expand our range of services and geographical footprint, it is essential that we invest in attracting and retaining the very best internal talent, while also providing recruitment services that are critical to our clients’ evolving needs.”

Keegan will work closely with IMed’s commercial and leadership teams to embed best-practice recruitment methodologies across the organisation. His remit includes strengthening IMed’s internal teams as the business grows, while building scalable recruitment capabilities for clients operating in highly regulated medical and health technology markets.

As IMed Group continues its international expansion, the appointment underscores a strategic focus on combining regulatory expertise with operational support, enabling clients to navigate complex compliance environments while securing the specialist talent required to sustain growth.
