Elite Dynamics, a software specialist supported by BGF, has enhanced its senior leadership team with the appointments of a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), operations director, and marketing director. Based in Warrington, the company provides digital transformation solutions for the holiday park and marina industry. These strategic hires come after a period of significant growth. Elite Dynamics plans to expand across the UK and international markets and aims to double its headcount by 2026, following BGF’s investment in 2024.

Phil Norton, formerly of EY and Mobysoft, has been appointed as CFO. Norton is known for his expertise in supporting fast-growing, private equity-backed B2B SaaS companies. He expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity to take a leading UK B2B SaaS platform into new markets, particularly in North America and Europe. Norton highlighted Elite Dynamics’ commitment to the UK Parks sector and its plans to extend its offerings to the marina sector both domestically and internationally, with a focus on the US and Canada.

Rosie Becker joins as the operations director, bringing over a decade of experience in the technology sector. She previously served as a transformation director at K3, a Microsoft Cloud for Retail launch partner. Becker is eager to contribute to Elite Dynamics during its phase of growth and innovation, recognising the potential for technology to enhance experiences in the travel and leisure sector.

Lisa Allan-Downie completes the leadership team as the new marketing director. With extensive experience in the holiday park and leisure sector from her roles at Callander Holiday Park and Stewart’s Resort, Allan-Downie brings significant industry knowledge. She is enthusiastic about Elite Dynamics’ accomplishments over the past decade and is excited about its future ambitions, including continuous innovation and global expansion.

Founded in 2015 by Jamaine Campbell, Nicola Campbell, and Jack Vernon, Elite Dynamics develops software tailored to the needs of holiday parks, marinas, holiday home dealers, boat brokers, and manufacturers. Its solutions are designed to streamline operations across marketing, sales, reservations, maintenance, memberships, and finance, serving over 400 sites worldwide.

CEO Jamaine Campbell stated that the company has built a successful and sustainable business through deep industry experience and technical expertise.
