Jitterbit extends G2 implementation lead again

Jitterbit has topped G2’s enterprise iPaaS implementation ranking once again. The company says faster go-live times and earlier ROI continue to separate its Harmony platform from category averages.

The company said its Harmony platform ranked No. 1 in the Spring 2026 index and outperformed the category average across each of the key implementation measures cited in the report. Jitterbit reported an implementation score of 80% against a 70% category average, ease of setup of 93% against 86%, average user adoption of 73% against 54%, and an average go-live time of 1.74 months against 3.47 months for the category overall. It also said customers reached estimated ROI in 6.86 months, compared with 15.64 months on average.

The announcement also covered performance outside the core iPaaS category. Jitterbit said App Builder ranked No. 2 in the Enterprise Implementation Index for low-code development platforms, while its EDI offering outperformed category averages in several implementation measures and contributed to a total of 37 badges across integration, automation, API management, EDI, and app development categories.

Bill Conner, President and CEO of Jitterbit, said: “There is no endorsement more meaningful than the ones that come directly from our users. Four consecutive quarters of recognition as the No. 1 vendor in the G2 Enterprise Implementation Index for iPaaS is a powerful testament based entirely on the lived experience of our customers. It proves that Jitterbit Harmony is the most reliable, easy-to-adopt and fastest-to-deploy platform for AI-infused integration and automation.”

The result adds to a broader trend in enterprise software buying, where implementation time, adoption, and measurable return are carrying more weight alongside feature depth. In crowded automation markets, that shifts the sales argument away from ambition alone and towards how quickly a platform can be put to work without dragging on internal resources.
