Endava has announced a strategic partnership with Miro to strengthen its AI-native delivery model, Dava.Flow™, by integrating the Miro AI Innovation Workspace across its global operations.
The technology-driven business transformation company said it will deploy Miro enterprise-wide, aiming to compress decision-making timelines and improve alignment across distributed teams. The collaboration is designed to embed AI more deeply into everyday workflows and standardise how innovation and delivery are managed at scale.
Dava.Flow™ is Endava’s methodology-led framework for embedding AI across the full engagement lifecycle. Miro will serve as a shared collaboration layer within that model, supporting automated, multi-step workflows and structured artefact production across complex transformation programmes.
Across its workforce of nearly 12,000 employees globally, Endava is positioning itself as an AI-native enterprise, while also advising clients on adopting similar operating principles within their own organisations.
Early internal adoption has shown measurable gains, according to the company. In some cases, processes that previously took weeks have been reduced to days through automated multi-step flows that generate delivery artefacts. The company also reported improvements in workshop outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and handover quality across large-scale engagements.
Matt Cloke, Chief Technology Officer at Endava, said: “AI transformation only delivers value when it’s embedded into everyday ways of working. By integrating Miro into Dava.Flow™, we’re operationalising AI across the full delivery lifecycle — accelerating decision-making and improving alignment across teams. For our clients, this means shorter decision cycles, less rework, and transformation programs that move faster from insight to measurable business impact.”
The partnership also includes joint go-to-market initiatives, aimed at helping large organisations modernise delivery models and accelerate digital transformation across varied business environments.
Grisha Pavlotsky, Chief Transformation Officer at Miro, said: “The hardest step in AI transformation isn’t starting — it’s scaling. When leaders think of AI as just a technology, they become stuck in a cycle of isolated pilot experiments that fail to change the underlying operating model. But visionaries see AI as the ability to create totally new company-wide capabilities. These leaders act with conviction and are ready to change how their entire organisation operates.
“That’s exactly what Endava is doing, moving beyond individual productivity to create new AI-first enterprise-wide orchestration across almost 12,000 employees globally. By embedding Miro AI Innovation Workspace as the ‘Context Engine’ within Dava.Flow™, it is creating a unique shared Human and AI collaborative space where human creativity, judgment and decision making converge with AI speed.”
