Mason Infotech is forecasting record-breaking growth for the 2025/26 financial year, projecting a 50% increase in revenue compared with the previous year. The Nottingham-based IT managed service provider attributes its momentum to rising client investment in cybersecurity and AI deployment.
The family-owned company, which serves clients across the UK, said its focus on helping businesses prepare for and adopt artificial intelligence tools — including Microsoft’s Copilot for 365 — has been key to its recent expansion. Alongside this, Mason Infotech has strengthened its cybersecurity offering through governance frameworks, user training, and consultancy.
To support its growth, the company has promoted Charlie Toon to security lead and appointed Ben Taylor as projects lead, marking a series of internal promotions and new hires across its business units.
Harry Mason, head of client services at Mason Infotech, said: “It’s an incredibly exciting time to be part of Mason Infotech. We’re taking big strides for our growth, including onboarding new clients, making internal promotions and expanding into new geographical areas, all while ensuring our clients see real business value.
“We operate in a competitive market and we’re smaller than some of the big players but that’s our strength. We’re agile, accountable and have strong relationships with our clients. Our high customer satisfaction scores speak for themselves, and we truly believe that we deliver real value, and that’s why our clients choose to stay with us.”
The company recently secured its first London-based enterprise client, property management software provider Grosvenor Systems, supporting its adoption of an AI-first strategy. It has also expanded its work in the built environment sector, delivering network installations for student accommodation projects in Nottingham and Loughborough.
Stephen Mason, managing director of Mason Infotech, said: “We’re entering a new era at Mason Infotech, backed up by the next generation of leadership that is committed to future-proofing the business — it’s really exciting.
“We’ve had some big wins this year that not only demonstrate our expertise in the property and construction space but also show we can stand up to some of the big players in our industry. We have a lot of great plans for 2026 and although we have been around for over 20 years, we’re only just getting started.”
