Veridooh has been appointed as Azerion’s preferred verification partner, bringing independent campaign measurement to buyers using the Hawk demand-side platform across programmatic digital out-of-home inventory.
Through the partnership, Veridooh’s SmartCreative technology will be available to buyers using Hawk across inventory connected through VIOOH, Hivestack, DAX, and Broadsign. The companies said advertisers will be able to verify whether campaigns delivered against agreed impression goals and targeting conditions, while also aligning DOOH measurement more closely with broader digital performance metrics.
The announcement follows Azerion research published in April, which found strong support for DOOH within omnichannel planning but continued frustration over measurement. According to the company’s white paper, 93% of planners and buyers see DOOH as important to their strategy, yet 58% cited uncertainty around measurement and attribution as the biggest barrier to greater investment in the channel.
Mo Moubayed, Veridooh co-founder and co-chief executive, said: “Brands and media agencies are demanding the choice of true independent verification as standard on their PDOOH campaigns, just as they would expect from every other channel they invest in. Azerion’s own research makes it clear: measurement uncertainty is the biggest brake on DOOH investment. By bringing together Azerion’s Hawk DSP and premium pDOOH inventory with Veridooh’s 100% independent verification technology, we are directly answering that challenge.”
Azerion said the integration is intended to reduce one of the more persistent friction points in programmatic outdoor advertising, where buyers have often relied on media owner self-reporting to assess campaign delivery. With independent, real-time verification added to the workflow, the companies are pitching a model that offers greater consistency between outdoor and other digital channels.
