Audion expands in DACH region with new leadership appointment

Audion appoints Ina Börner as head of sales & market growth DACH. The move strengthens the company’s presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as it builds on strong regional momentum and expands its pan-European digital audio operations.

Audion, the European digital audio company with established operations in France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and the Netherlands, has named Ina Börner as head of sales & market growth DACH — a newly created role that consolidates its presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Börner will oversee regional strategy and commercial expansion as Audion continues to build its pan-European network. The appointment follows sustained momentum in Germany, where the company has delivered several hundred digital audio campaigns in recent months. Her focus will be on strengthening relationships with agencies, brands, and local publishers, as well as formalising long-term commercial partnerships.

Prior to joining Audion, Börner held senior roles at Rocket Fuel and MiQ, where she led international business development. She later founded NO DIRTY TALK, a consultancy supporting European companies expanding into the DACH region.

“I firmly believe in the power and effectiveness of digital audio in helping brands to engage deeply with their target audiences,” said Börner. “Joining Audion at this pivotal moment in its international expansion, which it has demonstrated with exceptional momentum and growth, is a great opportunity. I am delighted to represent the company in the DACH region and to support local clients with innovative and high-performance solutions.”

Audion’s Co-Founder Kamel El Hadef said Börner’s appointment marked an important step in the company’s strategy to reinforce local market expertise across Europe. The business has grown its European network steadily in recent years, aligning regional teams to support advertisers, agencies, and publishers with scalable, high-impact digital audio solutions.

The DACH region — one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital audio markets — represents a key pillar of Audion’s expansion strategy as programmatic audio investment accelerates across media channels. Börner will report directly to El Hadef.
