Global alternative investment manager Apollo has announced the appointment of former Nike Chief Sustainability Officer Jaycee Pribulsky as Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer. In this new role, Pribulsky will be tasked with steering Apollo’s sustainability strategy, which aims to identify material risks and opportunities across asset classes. Her efforts will support performance, efficiency, and innovation, thereby strengthening long-term value creation and enhancing risk management across Apollo’s investment platform.

Pribulsky joins Apollo following more than eight years at Nike, where she served as CSO since early 2024. Her previous roles at Nike included Vice President, Global Footwear Sourcing & Manufacturing, and Vice President, Sustainable Manufacturing & Sourcing. Before her tenure at Nike, she held the position of Head of Communications & Outreach for the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures at Bloomberg.

Pribulsky expressed her enthusiasm for her new role, stating, “Apollo is known for its scale, capabilities, and focus on delivering performance and resilience for clients and portfolio companies. I am excited to build on that foundation, working closely with colleagues and partners, using Apollo’s sustainability strategy as a practical tool for long-term value creation.”

She succeeds Dave Stangis, who has served as Apollo’s first Chief Sustainability Officer since 2021 and will transition into a senior advisor role beginning in 2026. Scott Kleinman, Co-President of Apollo Asset Management, commented on this transition, saying, “We thank Dave for his significant contributions to developing Apollo’s industry-leading sustainability program and look forward to his continued partnership in an advisory capacity. Jaycee’s cross-sector experience and track record of building durable, business-aligned sustainability programs will continue to advance Apollo’s differentiated approach and competitive leadership.”
